Is CBD illegal in my state?

While we can't speak for all localities and jurisdictions, at this point there are no state laws prohibiting the purchase of hemp-derived CBD. Is Full Spectrum better?

There have been numerous studies showing an increase in the therapeutic effect when CBD is administered in a “full spectrum” or “whole-plant” extract, as opposed to isolated CBD.
