Aspen Green affiliates strive to represent the brand as an extension of the Aspen Green family. We ask that every Aspen Green affiliate promote honest, up-to-date content with FDA-compliant terminology. We expect affiliates to use accurate copy, approved assets, and appropriate user-generated content.
There is a lot of misinformation out there. Aspen Green is committed to delivering accurate, valuable information about the benefits of CBD. We strive to help advocate, educate, and encourage others. We ask that our affiliates share the same passion as those within their communities.
The DSHEA Statement
Our products are considered a dietary supplement, as such Aspen Green must adhere to the regulations of the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and ensure consistency in their dietary supplement advertising regulation. We require you to do the same when making any type of claim.
The DSHEA (The Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) requires that when a dietary supplement includes a claim, the claim must be accompanied by the following disclaimer “This statement has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
