No, Hemp Seed Oil is NOT the same as Hemp (CBD) Oil. Hemp Seed Oil is through the process of extracting the oils from the seedlings of hemp cultivars. Hemp (CBD) Oil is through extraction of the leaves, stalk, and/or flowers, and ideally found in a whole plant application which uses all aspects of the plant within the extraction.
This question depends on the percentage of THC found within the cultivar. If the cultivar (previously known as “strains”) extraction is from Hemp (classified as over 0.3% delta-9 THC by weight of the Cannabis Sativa species) then the CBD is legal through the Farm Bill of 2018 in the United States. If the cultivar is from Cannabis (classified as over 0.3% delta-9 THC by weight of the Cannabis Sativa species) this is illegal in certain states, as Cannabis is still within the Schedule 1 federal regulations.
PLEASE SHAKE WELL, take at least 2x per day, allowing the active cannabinoids, including CBD, to stay in your system or as directed by your health care practitioner. Hold at the back of the gum line (by wisdom teeth) for 120 seconds or longer, then swirl like mouthwash before swallowing. Allow at least 2-weeks of daily use to see results. If you have a fat in your system, like an omega fat or a scoop of peanut butter, this assists a swifter experience.

Yes, though only in nearly undetectable, trace amounts. We do not remove the small trace amounts of THC contained in our Full Spectrum extracts because that would require the use of harsh chemicals that we ultimately do not feel comfortable with. We are also aware of the studies that show a greater benefit of a Full Spectrum extract with the symphonic relationship between the active compounds present, including THC. All of our products contain well under the limit for Hemp which is .3% THC.
We currently do not market any products that contain more than .3% THC, but we may choose to create and market a line of products with higher levels of THC in the future. At this time, we have no plans to bring such a product to market.
